Sue Brierley-Hobson is Head of Dietetics for the central area of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, and maintains a role as Professional Lead for 85 Dietetic staff. As a PhD researcher, Sue is passionate about research and the benefits of academia and academic clinicians within the dietetic profession.
Sue has a specialist interest in the implementation of improved nutrition in critically ill patients. At the event, Sue is going to provide an overview of the evidence for nutrition in critical illness, and for the strategies which she has used to improve nutrition delivery. She will also tell us about her current research interests involving the area of Critical Care.
