Charlie Hodson is an award-winning Norfolk chef celebrated for his passion for local produce and the "Farm to Plate" ethos. A two AA Rosette-winning chef, he was a finalist in the Visit England Tourism Superstar Award and winner of The Great Sausage Roll Off, earning the title of England’s best sausage roll. He champions Norfolk food and drink, previously owned the UK’s smallest restaurant, and now runs Hodson & Co Private Dining and "Taste of The Punjab" Supper Clubs, blending classical French and British cuisine with Punjabi spices. As a proud Patron of Hospitality Action and a survivor of attempted suicide, Charlie is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, giving a voice to those unheard.
