After working in some top kitchens on the north coast of Northern Ireland, Angela joined the NHS in 2005 as a baker which has won her praise from patients far and wide on her desserts and tray bakes.

Angela is devoted in her job role also as a catering supervisor in the Causeway Hospital and was part of the 2024 winning team in the HRC Four Nations Challenge.
