Eimear Jordan is an experienced Facilities and Catering Manager within the NHS, currently overseeing both housekeeping and catering services at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospital Foundation Trust. With a strong background in contract and in-house healthcare catering, she has played a key role in service transformation, including the successful transition of catering services from outsourced provision to an NHS exemplar model.
Eimear brings over a decade of hospitality and facilities management experience, combining operational leadership with a strong focus on quality, staff engagement and customer service. She has led multi-site teams, managed large-scale retail and patient catering operations, and contributed to award-nominated hospital food initiatives. A graduate in Hospitality Management, she is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement within public sector services.
