After qualifying, Frank started his catering journey as a Pastry Chef in 1995 in a Michelin Starred Restaurant in London. He then went on to be a Pastry Chef in Harrods for 4 years. 

Frank joined the NHS in 2002. In 2017 he opened my own business which he sold in 2020 before joining Milton Keynes Hospital as catering manager.

Frank became Co - Chair of the Love British Food Healthcare Group and is keen to showcase how a local Hospital can be supplied by local businesses and farms, as well as supporting British farming and helping staff and patients lead a healthier, sustainable food choice journey.
