Interactive Session - Managing your food waste

Throughout his 34-year career, James has occupied various roles in Catering across Glasgow aNHS Greater nd Clyde, in addition to his experience in several local restaurants prior to joining the NHS. Within the NHS, he has primarily served as a supervisor and production manager in the Production units, as well as a Catering Manager at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley. More recently, he has assumed the position of Catering Development Manager for the Board. In 2023, James demonstrated his expertise by participating in the inaugural HRC Four Nations Challenge, where his team earned a gold medal, received the best in class award, and was recognized as the overall winner.
