Head of New product Development, Cuisine Centre
Kate has worked in the food industry for over 17 years. After completing an MSc in Human Nutrition, she began her career in nutrition research before moving into product development within the food industry.
For the past 12 years, Kate has been part of the team at Cuisine Centre, where she leads the development of new dishes and concepts for the healthcare sector, alongside other markets. Working closely with NHS catering teams, Kate combines her nutritional and foodie expertise with a practical understanding of hospital foodservice operations. Her work focuses on developing meals that support patient wellbeing while also meeting the operational needs of on-site catering teams.
