Manuela  is Chef Manager at Royal Surrey Hospital and the proud winner of the NHS Chef Competition 2024. 

"Food is one of my greatest passions, and working in catering allows me to combine this love with my family commitments. I’m also part of the Compass Women in Food community, where I find inspiration and support. Recently, I began an apprenticeship as a Senior Culinary Chef to continue growing my skills and advancing in my career. Every step I take in this profession brings me closer to achieving my goals and inspiring others along the way."
