Lee Sheppard, Director of Corporate Affairs, Policy & Sustainability, apetito. Lee works extensively with DEFRA around food procurement standards in the public sector and the current packaging legislation reforms. He chaired the Sustainability, Food Waste and Procurement Standards Group as part of the Government’s most recent Hospital Food Review and helped create the Food & Drink Federation’s (FDF) Net Zero Handbook.
At apetito, Lee is responsible for leading on ESG strategy on a global footprint and has Board responsibility for delivering apetito’s challenging Net Zero commitments.
