He has served as President and Chairman of the British Frozen Food Federation and has held several executive positions at apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods including Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director roles for apetito B2B, apetito Foodservice and Wiltshire Farm Foods. His earlier career includes senior commercial roles at Pritchitts and Nestle. Ian is recognised for his clear strategic vision and his commitment to championing the frozen food sector.
