Alejandro’s career in cooking started back in his college years as a side job but soon became his passion, and now nearly a decade later he has been in different food sectors from kitchen porter to head chef role.

Alejandro is devoted to healthcare, learning and expanding towards his future plans and in 2024, became half of the winning team of the NHS Chef of the Year title. He works for Medirest, based at Royal Surrey County Hospital.
