Jethro Lawrence is an accomplished chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry.

A former BBC Masterchef: The Professionals quarter finalist.

Dedication and talent were further recognised after reaching the Craft guild of chefs, National Chef of the year finals 2023 ad 2024.

Jethro’s career has been shaped by working in some of the UK’s finest kitchen, including under the mentorship of renowned Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan in the lake district.

Currently, Jethro serves as a development chef at Apetito UK, where he channels his expertise into creating high-quality, nutritious meals.
