Duncan has worked in NHS Catering for 38 years starting as an apprentice chef then working his way through the various roles within the catering team - Chef, Assistant Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, Catering Manager to his current position of Support Services Manager Catering Lead.
Duncan is proud to lead a dynamic team who care passionately about the service they deliver and is the 2022 holder of the Public Sector Catering Hospital Catering Award . In addition, Stockport NHSFT are the current holders of the NHS Chef of the year title.
